Assists the HR team with recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative duties. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, testing, drug screens, background checks, and orientations; maintaining job postings and candidate records in Dayforce; preparing HR documents and employee packets; supporting meetings, grievances, investigations, invoices, and special projects; and responding professionally to employee and vendor inquiries.

Drives revenue within an assigned territory by developing new business, managing existing customers, preparing quotes and proposals, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages recruiting from requisition through onboarding, partners with hiring managers, develops sourcing strategies, conducts interviews, and ensures hiring documentation compliance. The role also supports workforce planning, employee training and development, retention initiatives, recruiting analytics, Affirmative Action Plan compliance, leadership training, and continuous process improvement. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR systems, recruiting practices, Microsoft Office, and confidential data management is required.

Designs tooling for aluminum forging operations and supports product development from quotation through production. Creates 3D forging models and 2D drawings, validates designs with FEA simulation software, supports manufacturing and quality engineering functions, and solves process issues on the shop floor. The role requires collaboration across departments, adherence to customer deadlines, and data-driven problem solving.
