The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages recruiting from requisition through onboarding, partners with hiring managers, develops sourcing strategies, conducts interviews, and ensures hiring documentation compliance. The role also supports workforce planning, employee training and development, retention initiatives, recruiting analytics, Affirmative Action Plan compliance, leadership training, and continuous process improvement. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR systems, recruiting practices, Microsoft Office, and confidential data management is required.

Assists the HR team with recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative duties. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, testing, drug screens, background checks, and orientations; maintaining job postings and candidate records in Dayforce; preparing HR documents and employee packets; supporting meetings, grievances, investigations, invoices, and special projects; and responding professionally to employee and vendor inquiries.
