Serve as an independent Supervisory Board member to supervise management, provide documented challenge, and ensure local governance, MiCAR compliance and DORA-aligned ICT resilience. Oversee risk appetite, capital, outsourcing, incident management, third-party dependencies, regulatory engagement, and board effectiveness. Commit minimum 120 hours/year with availability for in-person Amsterdam meetings and urgent regulatory matters.

Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations and cross-functional projects to establish and improve local operating models for regulated crypto-asset services. Oversee service delivery, outsourcing, incident response, operational risk, regulatory readiness and project plans, maintain process documentation, track SLAs/KPIs, and prepare management reporting while supporting the COO and CEO with executive materials and administrative tasks.

Provide hands-on second-line compliance for the Dutch entity: monitoring, testing and assurance; maintain policies; support MLRO on AML/CFT, sanctions and Travel Rule; oversee fraud controls; prepare compliance reporting; engage with regulators; deliver training and promote a strong compliance culture under MiCAR and EU regulatory requirements.

Manage day-to-day operations of the Cyprus office, coordinate international business travel and vendor relationships, support onboarding/offboarding, handle corporate document administration, assist financial and facilities tasks, and drive operational improvements across teams.

Lead and grow a manager-of-managers engineering organisation, own delivery governance, release and incident management, operational resilience, AI adoption, capacity planning and cloud cost efficiency, and co-own developer experience and competency frameworks.
