We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to join our Corporate Administration & Executive Operations team.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Cyprus office while providing administrative and operational support across the Group. From coordinating business travel and managing workplace services to supporting onboarding and corporate document administration, you'll help create an efficient, welcoming, and well-organised working environment for our teams.

You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Administration & Executive Operations, Lead Office Manager, HR, Finance, IT, Cyber Security, and other internal stakeholders.


What you'll be doing

Office operations: Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Cyprus office, maintaining a safe, organised, and productive workplace.

Business travel: Coordinate international business travel, including conference attendance, individual and group travel arrangements, and business visa support.

Vendor management: Manage relationships with office suppliers and service providers, including telecommunications, insurance, catering, courier services, and other workplace vendors.

Facilities coordination: Oversee office facilities, supplies, equipment, and administrative services to ensure business continuity and a high-quality workplace experience.

Financial administration: Support office expense management, invoice processing, budget tracking, and audit activities in collaboration with the Finance team.

Employee support: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities with HR and support workplace setup in partnership with IT, Cyber Security, and other internal teams.

Corporate administration: Manage corporate documents, including storage, signature coordination (DocuSign and wet signatures), certifications, translations, and courier shipments.

Operational improvement: Support the implementation of workplace processes, standards, and departmental initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve office operations and employee experience.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across the business and provide administrative and operational support on departmental projects and ad hoc initiatives.


What you'll bring to us

  • Proven experience in office management, workplace operations, or facilities management.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, workplace services, and office administration.
  • Knowledge of workplace health & safety, compliance, and office operations.
  • Experience supporting business travel, document administration, and office logistics.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and other business functions.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
  • Experience in fintech, technology, or another international high-growth business is a plus.
