Responsibilities include strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, high-value contract negotiations, cost optimisation, value engineering, supply chain resilience, supplier performance, procurement budgets, governance, compliance, ethical sourcing, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, commercial, engineering, finance, production, and logistics teams.

Reviews fabrication drawings and BIM models to identify constructability, dimensional, access, clash, and welding issues before production. Develops efficient fabrication strategies, sub-assemblies, and production packages while reducing welding, handling, rework, and production time. Collaborates with engineering, production, and welding teams to resolve technical issues and improve productivity, quality, and cost performance through automation, mechanization, tooling, and improved manufacturing methods.

Leads organizational learning and development across manufacturing, engineering, construction, and site operations. Manages compliance training, certifications, competency frameworks, training records, audit readiness, and statutory or ISO requirements. Designs development pathways, supports succession planning, identifies capability gaps, leads the L&D team, collaborates with stakeholders, and oversees external training providers to ensure consistent, high-quality training and continuous improvement.

Develop and coordinate MEP BIM models using Revit and Navisworks, integrating architectural and structural elements to create clash-free, fabrication-ready solutions. Lead coordination workshops, manage the Common Data Environment, produce construction and spool drawings, validate installations, update redlines, and deliver as-installed models. Support prefabrication, commissioning, handover, embodied-carbon tracking, material selection, and decarbonization objectives.

Leads planning and forecasting teams across projects, manufacturing, and multiple sites. The role manages demand, resources, capacity, scheduling, and operational risks while partnering with commercial, manufacturing, contracts, HSE, quality, and leadership teams. It also drives continuous improvement, data-informed decision-making, predictable delivery, team development, accountability, and sustainable growth.

Leads project delivery across Finland and European data centers from mobilization through close-out. Manages site teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, variations, risks, quality, health and safety, client communications, reporting, documentation, and project completion requirements including O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and certifications.

Develops mechanical design solutions for data center and commercial MEP projects from proposal through commissioning. Responsibilities include producing installation drawings, selecting plant, preparing technical schedules, calculating heating and hot water loads, creating BMS control panel drawings, conducting site surveys, attending design meetings, and supporting commissioning and BMS optimisation. The role collaborates with design, contracts, commissioning, and BIM teams using AutoCAD and MEP 3D design software.

Provides People and Talent administration support across payroll, onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, HRIS data, reporting, employee records, and engagement initiatives. The role processes payroll changes, coordinates onboarding and pre-employment checks, maintains GDPR-compliant records, generates workforce reports and dashboards, supports probation reviews, and serves as a first point of contact for employee and manager queries.

Develops and coordinates MEP BIM models using Revit and Navisworks, integrating architectural and structural elements into clash-free, fabrication-ready solutions.
