Coordinates organization-wide training and development activities, including course bookings, provider liaison, logistics, invoicing, compliance records, certification renewals, LMS updates, onboarding, feedback analysis, reporting, training matrices, apprenticeships, and professional development administration.

Prepare electrical design drawings, plant selections, cable routes, installation specifications, and BMS control panel documentation for data center projects. Support projects from concept through construction and completion, ensuring regulatory, health and safety, quality, and client requirements are met. Collaborate with design, contracts, commissioning, clients, suppliers, contractors, and authorities, and assist with commissioning and BMS control optimization.

Leads organizational learning and development across manufacturing, engineering, construction, and site operations. Manages compliance training, certifications, competency frameworks, training records, audit readiness, and statutory or ISO requirements. Designs development pathways, supports succession planning, identifies capability gaps, leads the L&D team, collaborates with stakeholders, and oversees external training providers to ensure consistent, high-quality training and continuous improvement.
