Serve as Finance Business Partner for Technology, owning forecasts, variance reporting, financial modeling, headcount planning, cloud and AI spend management, procurement, vendor contracts, and board-level scorecards. Translate technical spending into GAAP-compliant accounting entries and executive narratives. Partner with engineering, product, accounting, and senior leadership to improve budget accountability, SaaS efficiency, investment decisions, and ROI visibility across technology teams.

Manage strategic logistics customer accounts, driving onboarding, product adoption, value realization, renewals, and account expansion. Lead customer calls and QBRs, analyze customer data, communicate product value, synthesize feedback for product teams, and collaborate with account executives, product, and implementation engineering teams to improve delivery and customer outcomes.

Support delivery of large-scale software solutions for Australian government and Asia-Pacific customers. Responsibilities include user onboarding, training, technical support, customer analysis, presentations, deliverables, issue triage, product feedback, implementation coordination, and account expansion. The role requires translating technical capabilities into mission value, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging government stakeholders. Candidates need public-sector experience, software delivery expertise, strong communication skills, and current or eligible NV1 Australian Government clearance.
