Leads and grows an AI Deployment Engineering team responsible for delivering agentic AI implementations, customer adoption, and measurable business outcomes. Owns portfolio roadmaps, staffing, delivery standards, technical quality, customer relationships, and cross-functional coordination. Establishes reliable, safe, auditable deployment practices and remains technically hands-on with agent architecture, evaluations, integrations, and production troubleshooting.

Leads and grows a team of AI Deployment Engineers responsible for implementing agentic AI solutions across customer accounts. Owns delivery outcomes, staffing, roadmaps, customer relationships, technical standards, production reliability, adoption, and cross-functional coordination.
