Oversee client safety, security, and welfare at a residential reentry center; maintain facility upkeep, documentation, inventories, reports, conduct security checks, searches, drug/alcohol testing, intake/discharge processing, and ensure compliance with policies, emergency procedures, and training requirements.

Oversee security, maintenance, and documentation for a Residential Reentry Center. Perform security checks, searches, client counts, UA testing, fingerprinting, emergency drills, inventory, admissions/discharges, work orders, and reporting while enforcing policies and safeguarding records. Must complete required training and maintain CPR/First Aid certification; work shifts/weekends/holidays as required.

Manage administration and operations of the SSVF program, establish policies and procedures, train staff, ensure compliance with funding requirements, oversee reporting and records, and implement program startup and auditing processes.

Build and maintain landlord relationships to increase rental opportunities for people exiting homelessness. Assist with housing search, applications, move-in/out inspections, mediation, tenant education, and coordination with case managers. Track data, produce reports, conduct trainings, and attend required trainings and meetings.

Requires a bachelors in Social Work or Counseling, valid drivers license, and an approved clinical writing sample.

Supervise residents in a Residential Reentry Center, maintain facility security and sanitation, enforce policies and perform counts/searches, conduct UA and alcohol surveillance, manage admissions/discharges and documentation, track work orders and inventories, ensure compliance with BOP/SOW/ACA standards, assist Facility Director, and respond to emergencies. Must complete required training and maintain certifications.
