Provides outreach, case management, counseling, treatment planning, documentation, and supportive services to homeless Veterans in a VA Grant and Per Diem program. Coordinates with VA representatives, HUD-VASH, community agencies, and other resources to support housing, employment, financial stability, continuity of care, and successful discharge. Facilitates treatment teams and group sessions, advocates for Veterans, maintains resident records, and ensures compliance with agency, VA, grant, and accreditation requirements.

Manage administration and operations of the SSVF program, establish policies and procedures, train staff, ensure compliance with funding requirements, oversee reporting and records, and implement program startup and auditing processes.

Supervise residents in a Residential Reentry Center, maintain facility security and sanitation, enforce policies and perform counts/searches, conduct UA and alcohol surveillance, manage admissions/discharges and documentation, track work orders and inventories, ensure compliance with BOP/SOW/ACA standards, assist Facility Director, and respond to emergencies. Must complete required training and maintain certifications.
