Supports and improves SAP S/4HANA order-to-cash processes, including sales orders, pricing, fulfillment, billing, returns, inventory, and finance integration. Configures SAP, resolves production issues, defines interface requirements, and partners with business, development, integration, finance, supply chain, warehouse, and medical software teams. Leads testing, documentation, releases, enhancements, and post-go-live stabilization while supporting SAP EWM, IDocs, APIs, and SAP Integration Suite/CPI integrations.

Owns part of the mobile platform product portfolio from discovery and roadmap development through delivery, launch, sustainment, and retirement. Translates customer and clinical workflow needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs. Partners with Engineering, UX, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver compliant mobile and web experiences for surgical workflows. Uses analytics and customer feedback to improve adoption, usability, and product outcomes.

Leads enterprise data and analytics strategy, governance, technology roadmaps, and scalable data solutions. Oversees data engineering, business intelligence, reporting, analytics, data quality, integration, and warehouse or lakehouse environments. Partners with business and technology leaders to deliver data products, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Manages resources and vendors, prioritizes initiatives, ensures security and compliance, and develops analytics talent while driving data-informed decision-making.
