Partner with Marketing and G&A leaders as a People Business Partner to drive retention, manager coaching, performance and career development, org design, headcount planning, and employee relations. Use people data to inform workforce strategy, collaborate with global People Team partners on compensation, benefits, and programs, and foster inclusive practices to improve day-to-day employee experience during growth.

Research and source high-quality industry experts for assigned projects. Conduct outreach through email and LinkedIn, evaluate expert backgrounds through calls, document relevant experience, answer questions, negotiate rates, onboard experts, coordinate client calls, and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Work closely with Project Managers to refine project scopes and meet fast-turnaround deadlines.

Build AlphaSense’s enterprise customer education program from the ground up. Lead custom education and implementation engagements, advise clients on deployment and API-based adoption, define engagement scopes and success metrics, establish repeatable account-team processes, and demonstrate program ROI. Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, Lifecycle Marketing, and Revenue teams to increase platform usage, integration depth, and customer value. Occasional travel supports strategic accounts and key kickoffs.

Lead accounting operations for a high-growth SaaS company preparing for public-company readiness. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; strengthen SOX controls; ensure US GAAP compliance; optimize NetSuite, Workday, and FloQast; drive automation and scalable processes; and build, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting organization in partnership with the Controller and other finance leaders.

Manage and grow corporate customer relationships for a SaaS market-intelligence platform. Responsibilities include maximizing retention, driving product adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, forecasting renewals, preventing churn, conducting business reviews, engaging stakeholders, partnering with Account Executives, and sharing customer feedback internally. The role serves as the primary customer contact and advocates for both clients and AlphaSense.

Coordinates customer education initiatives across Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Education. Translates roadmap and launch updates into asset requirements, manages content across education channels, maintains templates and workflows, uses AI to automate repetitive tasks, aligns stakeholders, identifies risks, and supports deadlines and prioritization.

Conduct quality control across high-volume research projects by reviewing prompt sheets, knowledge bases, and expert transcripts. Identify quality patterns and process gaps, analyze quality metrics, recommend improvements, refine AI prompts, maintain QA documentation, and support testing of AI-driven tools and workflows.

Supports marketing campaign execution by building and managing programs, maintaining data accuracy, cloning templates, and populating campaign information. Performs quality assurance on Marketo programs, reinforces operational standards, and creates documentation and build guides. Manages stakeholder intake, supports change-management communications, and contributes to workflow, template, and process improvements across a growing global marketing organization.

Lead and develop a team of 8–10 Account Managers responsible for renewals, retention, revenue expansion, forecasting, and strategic customer relationships. Coach team members, improve customer journey processes, reduce churn, uncover growth opportunities, and partner with Customer Success and Sales to deliver customer outcomes. The role also includes recruiting talent, managing performance visibility, handling senior-client relationships and escalations, and shaping account strategy through data-driven insights.

Leads the APAC Financial Services Account Management and Customer Success teams, owning renewals, upsells, retention, revenue forecasting, customer adoption, and growth targets. Builds scalable playbooks and data-driven processes, coaches and recruits talent, develops senior client relationships, manages escalations, and partners with Sales, Product, Enablement, and Marketing to improve customer outcomes and expand revenue.

Responsibilities include coaching representatives, establishing scalable sales development strategies, partnering on go-to-market outreach across email, phone, and social channels, analyzing performance trends, implementing professional development programs, and collaborating with Talent Acquisition to recruit sales talent.

Leads the strategy, architecture, engineering, governance, and evolution of Salesforce and the broader revenue systems ecosystem. Builds and manages a high-performing team of engineers, architects, administrators, and technical professionals; establishes modern development, CI/CD, testing, deployment, observability, security, and governance practices; owns platform roadmaps and architectural decisions; and drives AI adoption across development and operations. Partners with executives and cross-functional leaders to balance scalability, reliability, data quality, compliance, technical debt, and business priorities.

Own the full-cycle sales process for AlphaSense's financial markets segment, targeting hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, and research teams. Responsibilities include prospecting with SDRs, consultative selling, product demonstrations, trial management, pipeline development, forecasting, quota attainment, and sharing customer feedback. The role requires SaaS sales experience, financial services fluency, strong communication, and comfort selling AI-driven solutions. Japanese business proficiency is highly desirable.

Lead Financial Services channel research coverage across banking, insurance, and fintech. Develop coverage roadmaps, research frameworks, expert source strategies, and structured questionnaires. Guide analysts and operations teams on project feasibility, expert targeting, and quality standards. Serve as the sector domain expert, identify new companies and research opportunities, map value chains, and generate differentiated insights for investors and corporate users. Partner cross-functionally to refine research workflows and scale consistent AI-enabled primary research.

Leads AlphaSense’s Financial Services channel research coverage across banking, insurance, and fintech. Develops coverage roadmaps, channel-check frameworks, expert source strategies, and structured questionnaires. Guides analysts and operations teams on project execution, expert targeting, feasibility, and quality. Acts as the primary financial services domain expert, identifies new research opportunities, maps value chains, and partners cross-functionally to improve scalable AI-enabled research workflows and deliver differentiated, actionable insights.

Lead AlphaSense’s Financial Services channel research coverage across banking, insurance, and fintech. Guide analysts and operations teams in project execution, expert targeting, feasibility, and quality control. Serve as the financial services domain expert, identify new companies and subsectors, map value chains, and generate differentiated insights for investors and corporate clients. Lead AlphaSense’s Search and Curated Experiences product areas. Set strategy and roadmaps for relevance, ranking, query understanding, document coverage, filtering, latency, reliability, and curated content experiences. Establish evaluation metrics and experimentation, partner with AI, Knowledge Graph, Engineering, and Design teams, and manage a product manager. Own the full product lifecycle from strategy through launch, analysis, and iteration while driving customer and business impact.

Leads the strategy, architecture, roadmap, and operations of AlphaSense’s financial systems stack. Owns quote-to-cash and revenue recognition workflows across Salesforce, Metronome, and NetSuite; oversees implementations, upgrades, integrations, internal controls, audit readiness, vendor relationships, and ASC 606 compliance. Builds and manages a financial systems team while partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Operations, Procurement, and IT.

Lead and expand strategic enterprise financial-services accounts, including investment banks, asset managers, and hedge funds. Own retention and expansion targets, forecast revenue, prevent churn, drive adoption, and identify whitespace opportunities. Build executive relationships, lead QBRs, onboarding, training, and value campaigns. Partner with sales and customer success teams on growth plans, communicate customer insights internally, and travel frequently to financial hubs for client meetings.
