Lead development and scaling of AI-powered clinical use cases using LLMs. Drive feature lifecycle from requirements to delivery, conduct user interviews and market research, collaborate with pharma clients and cross-functional teams, and coordinate releases and sprints to deliver AI-enabled product enhancements.

Lead a small AI engineering team to design, prototype, and deploy AI/LLM solutions for clinical workflows. Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and apply cutting-edge AI/ML research to production projects.

Lead development and scaling of AI-powered clinical applications using LLMs. Gather user and industry requirements, write product specifications, prioritize roadmaps, coordinate sprints and releases, validate quality with engineering and QA, and design generative AI capabilities to streamline pharmaceutical workflows and regulatory documentation.

Lead and scale the product organization for AI-powered clinical documentation. Define product vision and roadmap, drive market/customer discovery, own end-to-end product delivery, set generative AI/LLM strategy, partner with engineering and cross-functional teams, and report product KPIs to executives.
