Responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and maintaining infrastructure and deployment processes for cloud-based applications, collaborating with development teams.

Partner with the CEO to drive strategic, cross-functional execution and scale operations across compliance, legal, HR, talent acquisition, and office operations. Lead high-impact projects end-to-end, build systems and dashboards, manage vendor and regulatory processes, and develop a small operations team to increase organisational execution speed and alignment.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs for high-volume SaaS products. Integrate AI/LLM features, optimise performance and databases, manage containerised deployments, contribute to CI/CD, and participate in on-call incident response.

Design and maintain product UX and visual brand identity across Alohi's SaaS suite. Create user-centered product interfaces, run research and testing, evolve the design system, produce marketing assets, and collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure consistent brand implementation.

The Machine Learning Engineer will design and deploy machine learning models, collaborate with teams, preprocess data, optimize models, and keep updated on ML advancements.

Manage daily accounting and payroll operations, financial close processes, compliance with regulations, and optimize systems. Provide financial analysis for business decisions.

The Backend Developer will develop server-side logic, maintain databases, create web services for faxing, and ensure high performance.
