Own the post-signup funnel for four products—activation, onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Design strategy and execute campaigns, analyze funnel data, run growth experiments, publish release communications, host webinars, create sales enablement, and collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and design to drive activation, conversion, and revenue.

Responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and maintaining infrastructure and deployment processes for cloud-based applications, collaborating with development teams.

Partner with the CEO to drive strategic, cross-functional execution and scale operations across compliance, legal, HR, talent acquisition, and office operations. Lead high-impact projects end-to-end, build systems and dashboards, manage vendor and regulatory processes, and develop a small operations team to increase organisational execution speed and alignment.
