Leads day-to-day marketing staff and coordinates campaigns, community outreach, events, financial education, public relations, and marketing initiatives under the Marketing Manager. Manages vendors, agencies, budgets, business partners, team development, deadlines, and cross-department collaboration while supporting the credit union’s strategic objectives, member relationships, reputation, and community impact.

Executes digital marketing campaigns across advertising, websites, email, and CRM channels to increase brand awareness, member engagement, and business results. Uses analytics to provide data-backed insights, optimizes digital experiences, supports SEO and CRM segmentation, and contributes basic creative design and content development. The role requires strong writing, communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with attention to member experience and compliance in a financial services environment.

Leads the Human Resources function, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, payroll, benefits, performance management, leadership development, succession planning, engagement, organizational development, and compliance. Advises executive management, manages the HR team, oversees HRIS operations, and ensures effective, compliant people programs that support organizational goals.
