Manage and grow a portfolio of large hospitality national accounts through consultative inside sales, relationship management, quoting, order preparation, customer support, and upselling. Partner with outside sales and internal teams to create demand, resolve issues, manage pricing registrations, and deliver a streamlined, high-touch customer experience. Identify growth opportunities, navigate customer organizations, and support both short and long sales cycles.

Supports and improves internal applications and data integration processes. Heavy travel (up to 80%) to call on customers, coordinate with internal teams, and drive sales revenue and net earnings.

Manage and optimize product content for assigned ecommerce accounts: populate content systems, source and format product data and assets, proofread and correct listings, collaborate with sales and fulfillment, perform competitor analysis, and build processes and dashboards to improve visibility and sales.

Provide Pro AV channel sales support by processing orders (AS400), quoting, tracking shipments, handling returns/credits, coordinating with warehouse/logistics, submitting freight quotes, and serving as primary contact for outside sales reps to resolve issues and enable passive order placement.

Design, build, and govern end-to-end Power BI reports and dashboards. Scope requirements with business stakeholders, develop data models and DAX, manage datasets/dataflows, enforce dashboard governance, audit performance and accuracy, provide user enablement, and maintain workspaces, RLS, and distribution in Power BI Service.

Drive growth of AV services by identifying and closing service sales opportunities, managing the services pipeline in Salesforce, engaging customers and partners, analyzing market trends, and recommending new service offerings to leadership.

Support design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs across the U.S. and Canada. Perform job evaluations, market pricing, compensation costing, and data validation. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to execute launches, resolve customer issues, and optimize online merchandising while developing analytics and account management skills.

Outbound inside-sales role that makes calls and emails to prospect and existing customers, qualifies leads, sets meetings for Account Managers, opens dealer accounts, records activity in Salesforce/CRM, and builds customer relationships to identify ProAV sales opportunities.

Lead QA programs for consumer appliances and electronics across product lifecycle to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and performance in US/Canada (with EU support). Manage supplier quality, testing, inspections, CAPA, and documentation. Mentor QA team, drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, and collaborate with Product Development, Sourcing, Engineering, and Regulatory.
