Acts as primary technical escalation, performs advanced troubleshooting, documents system designs and migration strategies, configures Z-Band/commercial TV control tech, and participates in after-hours support and retrofit/integration projects.

Role requires travel and may shift between proactive sales and enablement duties.

Manage end-to-end product launches and digital shelf readiness for house brands. Manage VMs, VNets/NSGs, backups, monitoring, hybrid identity (Entra Connect), patching, backup/restore, log analysis, and collaborate with networking, security, application, and database teams. Document configurations and follow lead architect standards.
