Administer and maintain IBM i (AS/400) platform to ensure stability, security, performance, and high availability for RPG-based ERP/WMS. Own DR/replication (Maxava), backup (BRMS), system upgrades, performance tuning, security/audit, automation (CL/QShell/PASE/Python/Rexx), integrations (SFTP/APIs/EDI), and documentation/runbooks across hybrid on-prem Power Systems and PowerVS cloud environments.

Implement, configure, and support Korber (HighJump) WMS solutions: gather requirements, design and configure WMS modules, build integrations, run testing and cutovers, provide L2/L3 support, optimize processes, and maintain documentation and governance.

Manage and grow dealer accounts across an assigned territory, provide superior dealer support (orders, logistics, training, promotions), gather market intelligence, and prospect for new business. Heavy travel (up to 80%) to call on customers, coordinate with internal teams, and drive sales revenue and net earnings.
