Manage and grow dealer accounts across an assigned territory, provide superior dealer support (orders, logistics, training, promotions), gather market intelligence, and prospect for new business. Heavy travel (up to 80%) to call on customers, coordinate with internal teams, and drive sales revenue and net earnings.

Manage and optimize product content for assigned ecommerce accounts: populate content systems, source and format product data and assets, proofread and correct listings, collaborate with sales and fulfillment, perform competitor analysis, and build processes and dashboards to improve visibility and sales.

Provide Pro AV channel sales support by processing orders (AS400), quoting, tracking shipments, handling returns/credits, coordinating with warehouse/logistics, submitting freight quotes, and serving as primary contact for outside sales reps to resolve issues and enable passive order placement.
