Candidates should have programming skills, preferably in Python, knowledge of SQL databases, Excel proficiency, and an interest in scientific data management and engineering.

Own IT solutions and service coordination for pharmaceutical R&D Data Science teams. Translate scientific requirements into scalable applications, platforms, pipelines, and cloud architectures while coordinating infrastructure, security, data, AI, vendors, and support teams. Manage solution lifecycles from ideation through production, ensure GxP, security, compliance, and data integrity standards, prioritize demand, track KPIs, and enable bioinformatics, omics, modeling, advanced analytics, and AI/ML initiatives.

Leads Almirall’s global total rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, recognition, equity, executive rewards, and employee well-being. Partners with senior leadership and international People & Culture teams to ensure competitive, compliant, and business-aligned programs. Oversees benchmarking, market intelligence, governance, M&A rewards integration, and strategic guidance across diverse regulatory environments. Represents the company externally as a total rewards thought leader and drives innovative solutions enabled by digitalization and AI.

Promote and sell pharmaceutical and OTC products to pharmacies across an assigned territory. Build relationships with pharmacy teams, execute point-of-sale promotions, provide product training, monitor sales and inventory data, track competitor activity, ensure product visibility, report field insights through CRM tools, and coordinate local execution with marketing and trade teams.
