Supports global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives through recruitment coordination, candidate communications, talent pipelining, university partnerships, reporting, ATS administration, market research, and project support. The trainee will contribute to onboarding, digitalization, AI-enabled People and Culture innovation, employer branding, and talent development projects while gaining international exposure to executive recruitment and talent strategy.

Supports the development, testing, documentation, and maintenance of Databricks data pipelines and curated datasets. Cleans and transforms operational data from SAP and manufacturing systems, performs data quality checks, follows Git-based coding practices, and explores AI tools. The trainee will learn lakehouse architecture, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog governance, CI/CD, DevOps, and data engineering practices within regulated pharmaceutical operations.

Leads global People and Culture operations across talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, administration, learning and development, performance processes, HR technology, analytics, and AI integration. Owns governance, process optimization, service quality, workforce reporting, budgeting, and operational transformation while leading cross-border teams and partnering with senior leadership.
