Designs, develops, evaluates, and improves SCORM-compliant e-learning and instructor-led training for NATO. Conducts needs analyses, defines learning objectives, creates course structures and assessments, collaborates with SMEs and stakeholders, supports LMS content development, ensures NATO standards compliance, facilitates educational activities, researches learning technologies, and travels internationally two to three times annually.
