Provide SharePoint administration and technical support for USMS Management Support Division: manage sites and user accounts, troubleshoot and optimize sites, implement workflows and Power Platform integrations, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop procedures for administrative control systems.

Support USMS Training Division by creating classes in the LMS, managing training materials and documentation, maintaining electronic and accreditation records, reviewing documents for accuracy, and preparing travel memos. Provide administrative support to instructors and coordinate class logistics to ensure smooth training operations.

Manage daily administrative operations and support for government projects: records, payroll, travel, procurement, property accountability, process improvements, budgets, facilities, and cross-department coordination to ensure efficient mission support.
