Provide data analytics and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for the USMS JSD BIC. Design databases and data systems, integrate apps with M365/Azure, develop/maintain SharePoint, support users, troubleshoot, and help draft aligned policies. Onsite in Arlington, VA; requires obtaining a Public Trust.

Provide range safety oversight for live-fire and developmental weapons testing at NSWC Crane. Enforce SOPs, conduct inspections and briefings, monitor operations, advise RSO/RCO, respond to emergencies, and ensure explosive and ordnance safety and compliance.

Lead government-focused projects end-to-end: develop project plans, allocate resources, manage schedules and budgets, engage clients, track performance, mitigate risks, and report status to customers and leadership.
