The Customer Experience Engineer will lead technical onboarding, guide customers on ECAD workflows, and identify expansion opportunities while supporting their adoption of AllSpice.

Own AllSpice’s product strategy, roadmap, customer discovery, product operating system, metrics, and product organization. Lead and develop Product Managers while partnering with executive leadership, Engineering, Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Design. Establish prioritization, planning, launch, feedback, and adoption processes; translate complex hardware engineering workflows into valuable products; and guide market focus, customer segmentation, technical investments, and category strategy.

Own and improve AWS cloud infrastructure, security operations, deployments, backups, disaster recovery, observability, and availability. Partner with developers and customer success on enterprise deployments, SSO integrations, and infrastructure solutions. Lead SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance, penetration testing, security improvements, incident response, and blameless postmortems. Automate CI/CD and infrastructure operations while supporting secure, scalable, multi-tenant SaaS and self-hosted environments.

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through complex sales cycles, managing target accounts, and collaborating with product and marketing teams.

The CX Engineer will lead technical onboarding, advise customers on best practices, support expansion efforts, and create documentation to enhance the customer experience with AllSpice.

Customer-facing technical lead who designs and deploys scalable hardware engineering workflows, architects integrations with PLM/CI/CD/identity systems, advises on hardware development best practices and AI adoption, leads enterprise deployments, mentors forward-deployed engineers, and drives product feedback and repeatable implementation patterns.

The Solutions Engineer will support technical sales, conduct discovery sessions, prepare demos, manage evaluations, and enable internal teams. Responses to customer needs and collaboration with hardware teams are crucial.

The Director of Infrastructure at AllSpice will manage infrastructure strategy, security, and compliance programs, driving SOC 2 compliance and managing a small team while also contributing hands-on in AWS environments using Terraform.

Identify and qualify engineering teams through outbound prospecting and AI-enabled research, maintain CRM records, engage prospects via calls/emails/social media, schedule meetings for Account Executives, close opportunistic deals in the growth segment, and provide market/customer intelligence to refine outreach.
