Lead and build a sales engineering team to architect technically sound solutions across the sales cycle for defense customers. Own solution design, RFI/RFP technical responses, demos, trials, and handoff to fulfillment. Represent customer needs into Product and Engineering, enable channel partners, and ensure delivery accuracy and high customer satisfaction.

Provide technical sales support for U.S. Government and DoD opportunities: design validated solutions, produce technical RFI/RFP responses and proposals, run demos and field trials, enable partners, and ensure accurate handoff to fulfilment while representing customer requirements to Product and Engineering.

Own and deploy supplier quality engineering processes including supplier appraisal, APQP, supplier assessments, non-conformance management, PPAP/FAI oversight, audits, metrics, and continuous improvement to ensure product and regulatory quality in the production supply chain.

Configure, integrate, test, document, and prepare hardware, software, firmware, and network products for customer delivery. Create work instructions and test procedures, maintain configuration records in ERP/CRM, troubleshoot integration issues, support NPI and corrective actions, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Support to ensure product traceability and readiness for shipment.

Manage customer orders through the fulfilment lifecycle as the operational owner of ERP and CRM processes. Coordinate Sales, Fulfilment, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure accurate, on-time delivery. Administer ERP/CRM systems, design workflows and automations, develop KPIs and dashboards, produce operational reports, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Serve as primary post-sales interface for US government customers: lead onboarding, order fulfillment, service trials, in-life support, escalations, root-cause analysis, CSAT, and continual service improvement while chairing governance meetings and coordinating cross-functional delivery.

The Senior Legal Counsel leads U.S. legal matters, including contract drafting, compliance with regulations, and advisory support across departments in a defense sector context.
