Plan and deliver engineering and technology projects from initiation through closeout. Manage schedules, budgets, scope, risks, change control, reporting, governance, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional execution across Engineering, Product, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations. Support technical reviews, readiness assessments, project controls, lessons learned, and PMO continuous improvement while driving actions to closure without direct authority.

Manage the full lifecycle of customer, government, defense, partner, supplier, and subcontractor contracts. Responsibilities include solicitation and proposal review, contract drafting and negotiation, deal risk assessment, FAR/DFARS compliance, flow-down management, contract governance, and advisory support to Sales, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and program teams. The role provides autonomous commercial judgment and Go/No-Go recommendations, particularly for US Government and defense contracting opportunities.

Processes sales and purchase invoices, supplier payments, receipts, journals, expenses, and credit card transactions. Reconciles supplier statements and bank accounts, investigates discrepancies, prepares cash balance and cash flow reports, and supports finance projects and other departments. Maintains the finance mailbox and provides junior finance business partnering support.

Owns sales operations, CRM governance, pipeline quality, forecasting, demand planning, and business development cadence. Leads opportunity qualification, gate reviews, bid/no-bid decisions, market intelligence, and strategic government capture pursuits through proposal submission and post-submittal support. Coordinates cross-functional teams and external partners, develops capture and win strategies, manages risks and dependencies, and briefs executives on pipeline health, pWIN, competitive positioning, investment needs, and pursuit recommendations.

Design, implement, test, document, and maintain real-time embedded software for satellite communication terminals. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, architecture, C++ development, automated testing, hardware debugging, issue resolution, Agile delivery, stakeholder reporting, technical ownership, peer review, and mentoring junior engineers.

Lead strategic negotiations for a global contract manufacturing Master Supply Agreement. Develop negotiation strategies, leverage and concession frameworks; draft and redline contracts; establish governance, KPIs, escalation and change-control processes; and manage commercial risks involving pricing, tooling, inventory, capacity, quality, IP and manufacturing transfers. Build executive supplier relationships while improving margins, reducing risk and supporting scalable NPI-to-volume production.

Serve as primary post-sales interface for US government customers: lead onboarding, order fulfillment, service trials, in-life support, escalations, root-cause analysis, CSAT, and continual service improvement while chairing governance meetings and coordinating cross-functional delivery.

Lead and build a sales engineering team to architect technically sound solutions across the sales cycle for defense customers. Own solution design, RFI/RFP technical responses, demos, trials, and handoff to fulfillment. Represent customer needs into Product and Engineering, enable channel partners, and ensure delivery accuracy and high customer satisfaction.

Provide technical sales support for U.S. Government and DoD opportunities: design validated solutions, produce technical RFI/RFP responses and proposals, run demos and field trials, enable partners, and ensure accurate handoff to fulfilment while representing customer requirements to Product and Engineering.

Configure, integrate, test, document, and prepare hardware, software, firmware, and network products for customer delivery. Create work instructions and test procedures, maintain configuration records in ERP/CRM, troubleshoot integration issues, support NPI and corrective actions, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Support to ensure product traceability and readiness for shipment.
