Coordinates domestic and international shipments throughout the fulfillment lifecycle, including transportation, freight, customs documentation, packaging, inventory control, delivery tracking, returns, and reverse logistics. Maintains ERP and asset management records, resolves transit issues, supports urgent orders, develops procedures, and contributes to logistics KPIs. Works with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal fulfillment, quality, order management, and service delivery teams.

Serve as primary post-sales interface for US government customers: lead onboarding, order fulfillment, service trials, in-life support, escalations, root-cause analysis, CSAT, and continual service improvement while chairing governance meetings and coordinating cross-functional delivery.

The Senior Legal Counsel leads U.S. legal matters, including contract drafting, compliance with regulations, and advisory support across departments in a defense sector context.
