The Associate Properties Director helps lead the theatre’s prop shop, coordinating procurement, construction, purchasing, budgeting, scheduling, maintenance, and supervision for productions and special events. The role collaborates with designers and production teams, supports technical rehearsals and performances, manages properties throughout their lifecycle, maintains production documentation, and contributes to education programs. Required capabilities include properties fabrication, artisan techniques, staff supervision, safety practices, communication, and interpreting working drawings.

Assists the Director and Operations Team with maintaining event rooms and kitchens, setting up and executing internal and external events, covering reception, and completing assigned projects. Requires flexibility for daytime, evening, and weekend work, strong communication, deadline management, and the ability to routinely lift 50 pounds.

The Overhire Scenic Artist assists in painting scenic elements, maintaining the shop, participating in production load-ins and strikes, and performing touch-ups as necessary.

The Production Assistant supports the stage management team during rehearsals and performances, assists in coordination, and engages in anti-oppressive practices.

Props Artisans work with the Properties Director to create, repair, and maintain props for productions, ensuring the scenic design vision is achieved.

Teaching Artists engage diverse groups in arts learning through workshops, collaboration, and curriculum implementation while maintaining a positive learning environment.

Supervise ushers and coordinate front-of-house operations during performances. Ensure punctual show starts, assist guests, direct security and housekeeping, prepare incident and performance reports, recharge equipment, and act as Manager on Duty for rapid decision-making. Available nights and weekends required.

Lead and manage the Individual Giving team to meet a $2.35M fundraising goal through portfolio management, donor cultivation, analytics-driven strategies, stewardship, telefunding, and multi-channel annual campaigns. Oversee donor pipelines, committee engagement, special campaigns, events, and staff development while collaborating across development and marketing.
