Teams at Alley Theatre

Supervise ushers and coordinate front-of-house operations during performances. Ensure punctual show starts, assist guests, direct security and housekeeping, prepare incident and performance reports, recharge equipment, and act as Manager on Duty for rapid decision-making. Available nights and weekends required.

Lead and manage the Individual Giving team to meet a $2.35M fundraising goal through portfolio management, donor cultivation, analytics-driven strategies, stewardship, telefunding, and multi-channel annual campaigns. Oversee donor pipelines, committee engagement, special campaigns, events, and staff development while collaborating across development and marketing.

Support the Artistic Department in producing Alley Theatre shows: coordinate production logistics, casting, rehearsals, dramaturgy, meetings, interdepartmental communication, marketing collaboration, and administrative tasks.
