Handle products using powered material-handling equipment during receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping. Own disaster recovery, replication, backups, and failover testing. Automate infrastructure using PowerShell/Python, Ansible, and Terraform. Administer AD, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft 365, SQL Server clustering, and file/cloud storage. Mentor engineers, document runbooks, participate in incident response, and support after‑hours maintenance windows.

Supervise warehouse operations and staff to meet customer, safety, and productivity goals. Manage workflow, labor planning, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, SOP compliance, food safety, and reporting. Drive continuous improvement, maintain facility appearance, document performance issues, and communicate with management and customers.
