Lead and manage the Integration team to develop, maintain, and support integration applications between WMS, automation, ERP, TMS, and external partners. Define integration standards, monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, manage vendors, and lead multiple integration and automation projects aligned to business objectives.

Prepare and process timely, accurate customer invoices (daily and month-end), update pricing per contracts, track invoice errors, follow customer billing procedures, support accounting and invoicing teams, cross-train on accounts, assist reception, maintain organized records, and communicate professionally with customers.

Lead architecture, administration, and lifecycle management of on‑prem and cloud compute infrastructure (Nutanix, Windows/Linux, networking). Own disaster recovery, replication, backups, and failover testing. Automate infrastructure using PowerShell/Python, Ansible, and Terraform. Administer AD, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft 365, SQL Server clustering, and file/cloud storage. Mentor engineers, document runbooks, participate in incident response, and support after‑hours maintenance windows.

Operate powered material-handling equipment and handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, stock, and load products. Meet productivity and safety standards, follow SOPs, complete paperwork, maintain inventory accuracy, report damages/incidents, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs. Work Fri–Sun overnight shift.

Supervise warehouse operations to meet customer, quality, productivity, and safety goals. Manage staff, workflow, WMS usage, SOP and AIB compliance, shipping accuracy, cycle counts, audits, and reporting. Drive continuous improvement, enforce food safety standards, document performance issues, and coordinate with operations management.

Operate material handling and power equipment to receive, pick, scan, stack, and load product per SOPs. Meet productivity and safety standards, lift up to 50 lbs, use RF scanner, maintain quality and inventory accuracy, and work Fri–Sun 6am–6pm shifts.

Lead regional HR functions including full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development, and partnering with leadership on talent strategy and compensation. Conduct investigations, terminations, and manage HR processes to support retention and regulatory requirements.
