Handle products using powered material-handling equipment during receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping. Scan products accurately with RF devices, maintain inventory accuracy, complete shipping and receiving paperwork, inspect shipments, report damage or discrepancies, follow safety procedures and SOPs, and meet productivity standards. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working in a non-climate-controlled environment, and maintaining flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Lead regional HR functions including full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, employee relations, training, and HR policy implementation. Support HR Generalists and partner with leadership on talent strategy and retention.

Drive company tractors on dedicated routes across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia. Transport no-touch freight, maintain a safe driving record, follow company safety standards, and operate professionally while returning home daily.
