Support AGTS program with program and project management, stakeholder coordination, and communications: schedule and document meetings; monitor KPIs and project progress; review proposals and reports; manage records; develop outreach materials and ecosystem mappings (using ArcGIS); and coordinate across DOE, national labs, contractors, and industry stakeholders.

Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support for a multi-workstream federal program: schedule and run meetings and workshops, prepare materials and summaries, track action items, maintain schedules and deliverable trackers, manage project documentation and collaboration sites, support onboarding, logistics, reporting, and travel coordination while working with dispersed partners and the AST Project Manager.
