Support AGTS program with program and project management, stakeholder coordination, and communications: schedule and document meetings; monitor KPIs and project progress; review proposals and reports; manage records; develop outreach materials and ecosystem mappings (using ArcGIS); and coordinate across DOE, national labs, contractors, and industry stakeholders.

Provide day-to-day financial planning, budget formulation and execution tracking, funds control, cost analysis, and compliance support for construction projects. Develop annual and multi-year budgets, cost estimates, SOWs, and schedules; analyze trends and cost drivers; assist audits and ensure documentation for financial reporting. Use MS Office, MS Project, and project management tools to build dashboards and improve decision-making.

Support DOE Home Energy Rebates program monitoring across the full grant lifecycle: perform desktop and on-site monitoring, evaluate recipient submissions, track milestones/budgets, review performance and financial reports for compliance, support award closeout, and maintain official DOE documentation.
