Leads a Department of State staffing contract and task orders, overseeing contractual compliance, performance, staffing, resource allocation, finances, risk, quality assurance, reporting, and subcontractor coordination. Serves as the primary Government point of contact, manages personnel recruitment and retention, resolves performance risks, and drives continuous improvement. This hybrid role requires proximity to Washington, D.C., extensive Federal and Department of State program management experience, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance.

Support DOE-ID and INL records program by inventorying physical/electronic records, preparing dispositions, maintaining file plans, training staff, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring NARA/DOE compliance and EDMS/Zeus use.
