Support AGTS program with program and project management, stakeholder coordination, and communications: schedule and document meetings; monitor KPIs and project progress; review proposals and reports; manage records; develop outreach materials and ecosystem mappings (using ArcGIS); and coordinate across DOE, national labs, contractors, and industry stakeholders.

Lead administration and optimization of enterprise IT infrastructure, focusing on VMware vSphere, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, backup/disaster recovery, security hardening, patch management, endpoint protection, logging/monitoring, and high-availability fault-tolerant designs. Provide troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder support, and occasional after-hours maintenance in a primarily onsite, mission-critical environment.
