Provide day-to-day CRM platform administration and support across Salesforce and SAP CRM transition efforts. Manage user setup, permissions, tickets, data imports/exports, deduplication, account hierarchies, lead triage, campaign support, and collaborate with product owners and developers to maintain data quality and operational metrics.

Provide first‑level IT support and NOC monitoring for end users via phone and email. Troubleshoot PCs and Macs, establish remote connections, log tickets, follow documented procedures, escalate incidents appropriately, and use knowledgebase and RMM tools to resolve and capture recurring issues. Work rotating shifts in a 24x7 environment with focus on customer care and continual improvement.

Design, implement, and support enterprise endpoint management using MECM/SCCM and Intune. Lead OS deployment, application lifecycle, patching, co-management, Autopilot, security integration, automation with PowerShell/Graph, reporting, and Tier 3 escalation while consulting with customers.

Provide onsite IT support for up to ~200 end users: respond to calls and emails, diagnose and resolve PC hardware/software, LAN and voice network issues, install/upgrade components, perform proactive system monitoring, document and track incidents, train users, and participate in IT projects.

The Solution Architect designs and implements advanced networking solutions for enterprise clients, leading pre-sales and project delivery while collaborating with sales and implementation teams.

Provide frontline user support via phone, email, and chat; triage and escalate technical issues; document interactions; maintain support documentation; monitor rollout progress and report recurring issues to leadership.

Lead technical design and modernization of the enterprise network and security architecture. Provide Palo Alto firewall and Panorama leadership, design scalable LAN/WAN/SD‑WAN solutions, optimize performance and availability, lead migrations and upgrades, troubleshoot escalated incidents, and mentor engineers while creating standards, documentation, and network roadmaps aligned to business objectives.

The Software Developer will design, build, and maintain full stack web applications while coordinating with stakeholders and managing development sprints. Responsibilities include developing features, debugging, and documenting code, with a focus on quality and performance.

Provide on-site and remote IT support for classrooms and staff: troubleshoot and repair PCs, printers, and peripherals; manage tickets, inventory, and vendor repairs; perform routine tours and preventive maintenance; assist with software image refreshes and off-hour critical outage support.
