Supports and optimizes Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 through technical and functional assistance, troubleshooting, upgrades, testing, enhancements, and stakeholder coordination. Maintains system stability and performance, mentors team members supporting on-premises systems, and collaborates cross-functionally to align EBS capabilities with business needs.

Manage day-to-day managed services delivery, leading Service Desk and Tier 3/4 engineering teams. Oversee SLAs, incidents, infrastructure health, cybersecurity remediation, backups, ITIL processes, automation, reporting, staffing, and 24x7 coverage. Coordinate major incident response, improve operational standards, manage MSP tools, develop employees, and serve as a senior escalation point for client-impacting issues.

Manages strategic relationships with complex, high-value clients as a trusted technology advisor. The role develops executive partnerships, leads Strategic Business Reviews, creates customer success plans, identifies risks and opportunities, analyzes customer health and service trends, and coordinates internal teams to improve adoption, retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth.
