Support and administer the enterprise ERP environment by resolving user tickets, troubleshooting system issues, coordinating escalations, monitoring performance, and assisting with maintenance, upgrades, testing, integrations, and process improvements. The role also supports data integrity, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional ERP needs across finance, operations, human resources, and other business units.

Administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Linux infrastructure across large enterprise datacenters and remote locations. Responsibilities include managing RHEL and OEL systems, OpenShift environments, virtualization, storage, SAN, backup, disaster recovery, patching, application and Oracle database migrations, monitoring, root cause analysis, and shell-script automation. The role supports highly available infrastructure and collaborates with application and infrastructure teams on reliability, security, compliance, and ongoing platform initiatives.

Provide onsite desktop and infrastructure support for a manufacturing facility: troubleshoot Windows endpoints, deploy and manage hardware, support VMware, SQL Server, IIS, SAN and backup systems, execute patch management and compliance activities, and collaborate with global IT teams to improve manufacturing IT reliability.
