Provides case management for outpatient substance use and mental health clients by assessing needs, developing individualized service plans, coordinating healthcare and community resources, advocating for services, documenting care, monitoring progress, participating in clinical meetings, and offering crisis intervention and problem-solving support.

Plan, lead, and manage therapeutic and psychoeducational groups for outpatient clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Develop/adapt curricula (DBT, CBT), maintain clinical documentation, manage crises and group dynamics, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, and pursue ongoing professional development.
