Plan, lead, and manage therapeutic and psychoeducational groups for outpatient clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Develop/adapt curricula (DBT, CBT), maintain clinical documentation, manage crises and group dynamics, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, and pursue ongoing professional development.

Provide assessment, individualized service planning, coordination with internal and external resources, advocacy, crisis intervention, progress monitoring, documentation, and participation in clinical team activities to support long-term recovery for clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
