Supports the DON/Administrator with day-to-day agency operations, regulatory compliance, personnel administration, and community outreach. The role also develops referral relationships, supports healthcare marketing and business development, maintains organized records, assists with audits and licensure requirements, and protects confidential information. This is a part-time, variable-hours position requiring in-office work in South Texas and local community outreach.

Provides administrative support primarily for billing, with additional duties in medical records, HR, payroll, scheduling, data entry, document management, phone communication, and confidential information handling. Maintains accurate records, follows up on missing paperwork, updates agency software, and supports pediatric home health operations. The role includes on-the-job training and requires organization, dependability, attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and professional communication.

Provide 1:1 pediatric home health nursing on weekend day shifts, delivering skilled care including G-tube and trach/vent management. Travel to patient homes, perform lifts/transfers, maintain charting/computer documentation, and hold required LVN license and BLS certification.

Provide nursing care for low-acuity patients on a PRN day-shift schedule, including monitoring vitals, basic treatments, documentation, and coordination with the care team.

Provide 1:1 pediatric home health nursing for medically fragile children (0–21). Duties include G-tube care, skilled nursing visits, patient transfers/lifts, documentation (computer skills), travel to patient homes, and maintaining BLS certification and RN licensure. PRN weekday day shift role; bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates welcomed.
