Provide direct nursing care for low-acuity patients during day shift: perform assessments, administer medications, document care, communicate with the care team, and provide basic patient education and support.

Provide 1:1 pediatric home health nursing for medically fragile children (0–21). Duties include G-tube care, skilled nursing visits, patient transfers/lifts, documentation (computer skills), travel to patient homes, and maintaining BLS certification and RN licensure. PRN weekday day shift role; bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates welcomed.

Provide nursing care for low-acuity patients on a PRN day-shift schedule, including monitoring vitals, basic treatments, documentation, and coordination with the care team.
