Monitor and stabilize manufacturing processes, provide hands-on production troubleshooting, reduce scrap and improve yield through root-cause analysis, document and standardize processes, track key metrics, and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to implement process improvements.

Lead all plant operations for the Virginia vacuum forming facility, driving safety, quality, cost, delivery and people metrics. Translate regional strategy into plant plans, manage P&L and budgets, implement ISO and EHS systems, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), lead capital projects and new product introductions, and develop plant leadership and talent.

Lead monitoring, detection, and response for network and system security. Investigate security events, support incident response and disaster recovery, develop security policies, and recommend security enhancements to align with frameworks and compliance requirements.

Lead site-wide continuous improvement initiatives by partnering with plant leadership, driving throughput and cost savings, conducting Gemba walks, facilitating Kaizen events, applying Lean/Six Sigma methods, implementing LPAs and SOPs, supporting capital projects, and tracking measurable operational improvements.

Lead cross-functional teams to standardize and implement advanced manufacturing processes, ensure compliance with automotive standards (IATF, ISO 9001, APQP), drive quality and supplier coordination, mentor project teams, and prioritize safety and sustainability while delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Lead all daily plant operations to drive safety, quality, productivity and cost control. Implement lean and Six Sigma initiatives, manage P&L and annual business plans, oversee health/safety/environmental programs, lead large-scale transformation and workforce development, collaborate with R&D and Commercial on product/process improvements, and ensure compliance with quality systems while building a high-performing team.

Lead the plant Quality department to ensure ISO 9001 compliance, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement, support APQP/PPAP and product trials, manage audits, train staff, and collaborate with production, engineering, sales, and R&D to maintain quality KPIs.

The EHS Lead is responsible for developing safety and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, providing training, and tracking metrics, while supporting site leadership in improving safety practices.

Manage the site Process Engineering team, lead projects to improve OEE, efficiency and cost, oversee capital expenditures and continuous improvement, ensure HSE and ISO quality compliance, solve process and technical problems, and develop team capability.
