Lead and mentor a design team to deliver commercial interior and furniture design projects from concept to completion. Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and design standards while collaborating with clients and stakeholders, improving workflows, and ensuring high-quality, sustainable design solutions.

Design and plan commercial furniture solutions including space plans, pricing, presentations, vendor coordination, site measurements, installation drawings, and project file management. Ensure code compliance, accuracy of drawings/inventories, and actively participate in client programming sessions.

Drive new business and expand existing commercial accounts through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and client advocacy. Serve as primary client contact, coordinate internal teams (design, project management), manage timelines/budgets, lead meetings, track pipeline and forecasts, and ensure high-quality delivery across the project lifecycle.

Support workplace design initiatives by coordinating design concepts, space plans, specifications, and presentations; perform field measurements and site visits; manage project schedules, vendor and client communications, order coordination, installation support, and project closeout while maintaining client relationships and ensuring design accuracy.

Design and produce commercial furniture space plans and installation drawings using CET and AutoCAD; price furniture proposals; develop color/material presentations; perform field measurements and inventories; ensure drawings meet codes and ADA requirements; maintain project files and coordinate with vendors and clients throughout projects.

Provide day-to-day sales and customer support to account managers and leadership, assist with scheduling and meetings, manage small non-commissionable projects, perform administrative and data-entry tasks, support showroom readiness and final order accuracy, identify leads through proactive outreach, and learn company software and commercial furniture processes.

Provide daily sales and customer support to Account Managers and leadership: manage scheduling, small non-commission projects, data entry, order accuracy checks, lead generation, showroom preparation, and liaise with manufacturing partners while learning commercial furniture and sales processes.

Lead strategic sales to drive revenue growth across targeted accounts. Leverage industry network to generate new business, manage full sales cycle, and serve as primary client advisor. Collaborate with design, project management, and support teams to deliver projects on time and on budget while expanding existing accounts.

Design and produce digital and print marketing assets to reinforce brand identity across channels. Create social media content, proposals, client collateral, and event materials; ensure brand consistency, analyze competitive proposals, and support social campaign strategy and execution while managing multiple projects and collaborating across teams.
