Builds client relationships through proactive outreach and supports collaboration among sales, marketing, design, project management, and customer care teams. The role develops knowledge of commercial furniture, design processes, sales methods, and customer service.

Supports Account Managers and leadership with sales administration, customer service, software usage, scheduling, data entry, lead generation, showroom tours, order accuracy, and small projects. The role collaborates with marketing, design, project management, customer care, manufacturing representatives, and clients while developing expertise in commercial furniture, sales methods, and customer service.

Lead commercial furniture planning and space design: create accurate AutoCAD/CET layouts, price proposals, develop material/color presentations, coordinate vendors, perform field measurements, produce installation drawings, ensure code/ADA compliance, and manage project files and client interactions.

Lead and mentor a design team to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned design solutions from concept through completion. Manage projects, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication while improving workflows, maintaining standards, and incorporating sustainable and industry-specific practices.

Design and produce commercial furniture space plans and installation drawings using CET and AutoCAD; price furniture proposals; develop color/material presentations; perform field measurements and inventories; ensure drawings meet codes and ADA requirements; maintain project files and coordinate with vendors and clients throughout projects.

Lead strategic sales to drive revenue growth across targeted accounts. Leverage industry network to generate new business, manage full sales cycle, and serve as primary client advisor. Collaborate with design, project management, and support teams to deliver projects on time and on budget while expanding existing accounts.

Lead and mentor a design team to deliver commercial interior and furniture design projects from concept to completion.
