Design and produce digital and print marketing assets to reinforce brand identity across channels. Create social media content, proposals, client collateral, and event materials; ensure brand consistency, analyze competitive proposals, and support social campaign strategy and execution while managing multiple projects and collaborating across teams.

Lead and mentor a design team to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned design solutions from concept through completion. Manage projects, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication while improving workflows, maintaining standards, and incorporating sustainable and industry-specific practices.

Lead strategic sales and account growth for commercial interiors clients: prospect, develop proposals, close complex deals, and oversee project delivery while managing client relationships and collaborating with design and project teams.
