Supports a sales office by managing customer orders from specifications and pricing through invoicing. Responsibilities include processing orders, purchase orders, payment reconciliation, contract compliance, recordkeeping, issue resolution, and customer relationship support. The role requires strong customer service, accounting knowledge, communication, organization, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Supports Account Managers and leadership with sales administration, customer support, scheduling, data entry, software assistance, lead generation, showroom tours, order reviews, and small projects. Builds client relationships through proactive outreach and supports collaboration among sales, marketing, design, project management, and customer care teams. The role develops knowledge of commercial furniture, design processes, sales methods, and customer service.

Designs commercial furniture layouts, space plans, installation drawings, and client presentations using AutoCAD, CAP, and CET Designer. Develops pricing proposals, verifies site conditions, maintains project files, inventories existing products, and applies building codes, ADA, and electrical/data requirements. Collaborates with vendors, clients, and cross-functional teams while supporting project scoping, programming, and accuracy reviews.
