Responsible for country-level accounting support, including transaction processing, financial reporting, statutory returns, cash-flow management, reconciliations, accounts payable, supplier payments, fixed assets, internal controls, and audit preparation. The role also ensures compliance with company policies and Mozambican tax requirements while advising the Financial Controller on financial issues.

The Commercial Analyst will improve commercial visibility and support strategic decision-making across the agriculture division. Responsibilities include cleaning and analyzing datasets, maintaining sales, order book, and pipeline reporting, building basic financial models, analyzing pricing and margins, identifying trends and risks, and coordinating bids and commercial initiatives across sales, finance, and operations.

Leads metallurgical testwork programs, mineral processing studies, pilot plant operations, and technical service development. Designs complex testing campaigns, manages client relationships and proposals, provides laboratory technical leadership, ensures quality and safety, mentors team members, interprets data, and balances multiple project priorities. Occasional domestic or international travel may be required.
