18-month graduate programme in Port Klang for Alfred H Knight. Learn global operations in the TIC sector (metals, minerals, solid fuels), rotate across teams, receive training, and may travel overseas after initial training. Aims to develop operational and management career opportunities within the group.

Provide excellent verbal and electronic customer service to clients and overseas offices. Handle client inquiries, liaise with international AHK offices, prepare management reports, manage administrative tasks, prioritize workload, and solve problems proactively. Maintain high attention to detail, strong time-management, and a proactive approach to support service delivery and client satisfaction. Work independently and as part of a team; travel as required.

Provide administrative and financial support for the Rustenburg laboratory: register samples and maintain customers in LabCreate, generate invoices for COD clients, manage purchase orders, creditors and debtors, prepare monthly financial schedules and reconciliations, maintain asset and supplier registers, handle office supplies and mail, and act as reliever for Sample Administrator and Finance Admin Assistant when required.
