Supports Marine Corps lifecycle logistics, equipment fielding, sustainment, maintenance, supply, inventory, readiness, and accountability. Uses GCSS-MC and related systems to analyze logistics data, identify issues, coordinate stakeholders, and develop solutions. Provides logistics input to acquisition and sustainment planning, Integrated Product Teams, program documentation, reports, and leadership briefings. Requires periodic travel to installations and operational locations for fielding, inventories, maintenance, training, and customer engagements.

Supports Department of Defense acquisition programs throughout their lifecycle by developing acquisition strategies and plans, preparing reports and documentation, coordinating working groups, reviewing deliverables, and managing risk activities. Requires collaboration with government and non-government stakeholders, strong communication and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project, and the ability to obtain or hold a DoD Secret clearance.

Provides financial management support to DoD acquisition and program offices by developing spend plans, supporting POM submissions, tracking financial execution, maintaining auditable records, preparing budget documentation, coordinating funding data, and reporting performance against benchmarks. The role collaborates with program managers, contracting officers, and customers to ensure accurate financial execution and compliance with federal fiscal policies.

Supports defense acquisition programs through systems engineering, technical evaluations, documentation, test and evaluation, systems integration, and compliance reviews. Assesses contractor deliverables, architectures, engineering change proposals, requirements traceability, and interoperability. Performs RAM, FRACAS, and test incident analyses while managing program baselines and obsolescence issues. Requires engineering experience, technical writing skills, cybersecurity and integration knowledge, and eligibility for a DoD Secret clearance. Occasional travel may be required.

Supports Marine Corps systems acquisition through systems engineering, integration, testing, quality assurance, configuration management, fielding, and sustainment. Conducts test and evaluation analysis, develops test strategies, plans, concepts, and reports, supports on-site test events, reviews test approaches and reports, researches DoD policies, coordinates meetings, prepares briefings, and tracks risks and program status. Level III responsibilities include leading test engineering tasks and providing process oversight.
