Develops SOPs, safe working practices, line documentation, layouts, takt charts, time studies, and kit lists. Manages Engineering Change Requests, resolves production-floor problems, supports equipment procurement, and collaborates cross-functionally to meet delivery, cost, quality, safety, and KPI goals.

Lead systems engineering activities for next-generation electric vehicle platforms. Integrate complex mechanical, electrical, and software systems; manage requirements throughout the product lifecycle; apply model-based engineering and AI-enabled tools; and support design validation. Collaborate with suppliers, engineering specialists, and stakeholders to deliver technical requirements. The role focuses on sustainable transportation, electrification, connectivity, autonomy, and innovative vehicle development.

Manage franchising and bid activities for UK public procurement opportunities. Build relationships with Combined Authorities, coordinate cross-functional tender submissions, analyze customer requirements, and ensure compliant, competitive responses. The role supports business development, represents customer needs throughout the tender process, and helps secure future business. Manage end-to-end customer contract lifecycle from order won to delivery.
