Support day-to-day commercial activities for Parts & Service: coordinate bids, contracts, pricing, and commercial projects. Lead central overhead forecasting and support FP&A for the business unit. Provide financial analysis and insights, partner with stakeholders to control costs, improve decision-making, and drive continuous improvement in systems and processes.

Provide HR functional support for Larbert operations, implement HR policies, manage employee relations and trade union matters, lead organisational change, and promote culture, continuous improvement, and HR best practices across the site.

Manage end-to-end customer contract lifecycle from order won to delivery. Translate customer requirements into specifications, manage change and issues, coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain) to meet contractual commitments on time, cost, and quality, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Support production to meet delivery, cost, quality, and safety targets. Set up production lines for new contracts, resolve process issues, deliver NPI requirements, implement process improvements, and support production escalations.

Provide HR functional support for Scarborough operations, develop and implement HR policies, promote continuous improvement and positive culture, manage complex employee relations and organisational change, liaise with Trade Unions, and support AD Group HR activities.

Support new product development by tracking and controlling material costs via BOM analysis. Monitor cost movements, produce reports, identify risks and opportunities, and collaborate with Procurement and Commercial teams to inform tendering and production cost decisions.

Design, implement and support on-premises and cloud infrastructure. Manage servers, storage, networking, virtualization, patching, monitoring, backup and DR. Enforce hardening and security controls, support Azure/M365 hybrid environments, triage incidents, remediate vulnerabilities, and contribute to infrastructure roadmaps and automation.

Manage North American sourcing for electrical commodities supporting the EV500 launch: supplier localization, RFQs/tenders, negotiations, BOM review, Buy America compliance, supplier risk and performance management, ERP supplier administration, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.

Provide hands-on engineering support on the production floor to troubleshoot mechanical vehicle build issues, perform root cause analysis using CAD and drawings, validate build requirements, and implement practical solutions to improve quality and manufacturability while collaborating with production and global engineering teams.
