Build high-level bus assemblies, including side frames, roof frames, and interdeck assemblies, using engineering drawings, work instructions, hand tools, and power tools. Ensure work meets safety, quality, and production-time standards while collaborating with team leaders, engineering, quality, and production colleagues.

Coordinates supplier quality activities to ensure incoming materials and components meet engineering and operational requirements. Investigates nonconformances, manages SCARs, leads root-cause and corrective-action efforts, reviews FAI, PPAP, and Certificates of Analysis, and monitors supplier performance metrics. The role coordinates receiving inspections, maintains quality records, supports supplier audits and onboarding, identifies supply risks, and collaborates with suppliers and internal teams to improve quality and maintain production continuity.

Lead central overhead forecasting and provide financial analysis and insight for the business unit. Partner with stakeholders across functions to improve cost understanding, financial control, and decision-making. The role requires strong Excel and systems skills, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement. Experience with Syspro or Hyperion and professional accounting qualifications are advantageous.
