Develop, test, and verify software applications and control architectures for advanced vehicle systems across the product lifecycle. Collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, and customers to deliver safe, reliable control systems for new and existing platforms. Apply model-based development, requirements management, structured engineering processes, and potentially HIL testing, functional safety standards, and powertrain or high-voltage controls.

Own procurement for powertrain commodities, develop sourcing strategies, lead tenders and negotiations, deliver cost reductions, support new product development, and manage supplier performance, risk, and relationships. The role requires technical understanding, procurement or commodity-management experience, commercial awareness, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication skills. Experience in transport, vehicles, or heavy machinery is advantageous, with engineering qualifications, CIPS certification, and CAD knowledge desirable.

Leads supplier qualification, audits, PPAP approvals, supplier performance monitoring, and quality improvement initiatives. Conducts root cause analysis, corrective actions, process capability assessments, and supplier development activities. Collaborates with procurement, engineering, reliability teams, and suppliers to ensure electrical components meet quality, reliability, and performance requirements.
