Oversee daily operations across multiple production departments to meet safety, quality, and production targets. Lead and develop lead hands and production staff, ensure training and adherence to procedures, monitor labor and material usage, collaborate with engineering/quality/maintenance, report KPIs, and drive continuous improvement (Lean/5S/Kaizen).

Develop and test control-system software for vehicles across the full product lifecycle. Use model-based development to design, verify and validate control architectures. Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and customers, support HIL testing and structured quality/process requirements, and ensure safe, reliable vehicle control systems.

Translate commercial strategy into actionable plans and insights for aftermarket Parts & Service. Support pricing, tenders, CRM governance, and BI reporting; improve processes and reporting quality to enable decision-making across channels and product introductions.
