Supports vehicle production by troubleshooting electrical and process issues, improving manufacturing efficiency, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Develops SOPs, safe working practices, line documentation, layouts, takt charts, time studies, and kit lists. Manages Engineering Change Requests, resolves production-floor problems, supports equipment procurement, and collaborates cross-functionally to meet delivery, cost, quality, safety, and KPI goals.

Coordinate service campaign activities from setup through completion. Maintain Syncron records, service orders, purchase orders, documentation, trackers, progress planners, and reports. Work with field engineers, contractors, suppliers, and factory teams to coordinate materials, monitor progress, gather updates, and meet schedules. Support campaign financial administration by matching purchase orders, invoices, and service orders while ensuring records remain accurate and current.

Lead systems engineering activities for next-generation electric vehicle platforms. Integrate complex mechanical, electrical, and software systems; manage requirements throughout the product lifecycle; apply model-based engineering and AI-enabled tools; and support design validation. Collaborate with suppliers, engineering specialists, and stakeholders to deliver technical requirements. The role focuses on sustainable transportation, electrification, connectivity, autonomy, and innovative vehicle development.
