Designs and documents systems, monitors production services, reports project status, and drives engineering best practices. Requires strong experience with C#, SQL, .NET, microservices, APIs, Azure, databases, Agile practices, and technical mentorship.

Processes invoices, account adjustments, payments, deposits, customer statements, collections, credit holds, NSF checks, and management reports. Monitors accounts for delayed or missing payments, communicates short payments to Sales, and maintains accurate customer records. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, accounting knowledge, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Leads regional sales operations by achieving revenue targets, expanding new business and accounts, coaching sales representatives, developing sales strategies, monitoring merchandising standards, supporting customer escalations, collaborating with logistics and supply chain, and assisting with hiring, performance management, and succession planning.
