Manage the HR department’s administration, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee records, policies, training, employee relations, compliance files, scheduling, and HR reporting. Recruit office personnel through iCIMS, maintain employee information in PeopleSoft, coordinate onboarding resources, administer corrective actions, track licenses and Department of Transportation documentation, and support operational reporting. Fluency in Spanish and strong organizational, communication, confidentiality, and conflict-resolution skills are required.

Leads and mentors software engineering teams building maintainable, reliable applications. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, technical roadmaps, project plans, and releases. Designs and documents systems, monitors production services, reports project status, and drives engineering best practices. Requires strong experience with C#, SQL, .NET, microservices, APIs, Azure, databases, Agile practices, and technical mentorship.

Processes invoices, account adjustments, payments, deposits, customer statements, collections, credit holds, NSF checks, and management reports. Monitors accounts for delayed or missing payments, communicates short payments to Sales, and maintains accurate customer records. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, accounting knowledge, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
