Prepare and reconcile GLs, bank and intercompany transactions; manage payroll reconciliations; calculate WSIB and provincial tax filings; maintain amortization and prepayment schedules; support month-end/year-end close and audits; update ERP chart of accounts; investigate invoice/credit discrepancies; produce financial reports and collaborate with the Director of Finance to document processes and policies.

Support the Director of Finance by overseeing plant accounting, costing, inventory and treasury functions; manage audits, compliance, intercompany and cross-border tax issues; troubleshoot ERP issues; lead accounting team activities and month-end close; drive process improvements and collaborate with operations, supply chain and sales on financial impacts.
