Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial manufacturing machinery. Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose failures, fabricate and replace parts, update CMMS, support equipment upgrades, and maintain machine shop organization to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations.

Supervise daily production operations, coordinate workflows and labour, monitor schedules and KPIs, maintain documentation, support continuous improvement, ensure quality and safety, and coach production staff to meet targets.

Support the Director of Finance by overseeing plant accounting, costing, inventory and treasury functions; manage audits, compliance, intercompany and cross-border tax issues; troubleshoot ERP issues; lead accounting team activities and month-end close; drive process improvements and collaborate with operations, supply chain and sales on financial impacts.
