Provides independent clerical and administrative support to workers’ compensation claims adjusters, including issuing notices, processing payments and benefits, maintaining claim records, monitoring diaries, contacting medical providers, and supporting audits. The role addresses customer needs, participates in projects and meetings, and helps train and oversee less experienced claim assistants and workloads.

Lead underwriting for large commercial accounts by applying advanced technical underwriting, pricing, and risk-selection. Build and maintain agency relationships, present proposals, coach and mentor underwriting staff, and collaborate with business development to drive profitable growth and retention.

Support development and administration of the companys regulatory compliance program. Research and resolve compliance issues, coordinate license filings, track regulatory inquiries and changes, assist with product/form reviews, support examinations and audits, manage compliance software, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams and legal to implement controls and remediation actions.

Drive regional commercial P&C portfolio performance by analyzing loss ratios, pricing, retention, growth, and competitor trends. Deliver data-driven recommendations, implement action plans, build analytical tools and reporting, monitor outcomes, and present results to senior leadership. May mentor or manage a small team.

Lead a cross-functional squad to define strategy, roadmap, and deliver end-to-end new business product capabilities for commercial P&C insurance. Translate strategy into measurable OKRs, prioritize backlog, ensure regulatory compliance, drive adoption and measurable business outcomes, and collaborate with engineering, UX, analytics, and architecture to deliver scalable, auditable solutions.
