Support development and administration of the companys regulatory compliance program. Serve as an expert loss control consultant partnering with underwriting to assess complex risks, analyze loss trends, recommend risk-reduction strategies, manage a sophisticated book of business, mentor junior consultants, deliver technical reports and training, and conduct industrial hygiene evaluations to improve underwriting outcomes and loss results.

Lead and manage a team of workers' compensation claims adjusters and support staff across multiple jurisdictions. Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, coaching, workload balance, process improvements, stakeholder partnerships, and project representation. Hire, develop, and retain talent while driving performance, customer service, and accurate claims administration.

Lead underwriting for large commercial accounts by applying advanced technical underwriting, pricing, and risk-selection. Build and maintain agency relationships, present proposals, coach and mentor underwriting staff, and collaborate with business development to drive profitable growth and retention.
