Build and maintain agency relationships, present proposals, coach and mentor underwriting staff, and collaborate with business development to drive profitable growth and retention.

Support development and administration of the companys regulatory compliance program. Research and resolve compliance issues, coordinate license filings, track regulatory inquiries and changes, assist with product/form reviews, support examinations and audits, manage compliance software, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams and legal to implement controls and remediation actions.

The Supervisor Workers Comp Claims will lead a team focused on high-quality claims management, oversee adjusters, ensure compliance with regulations, conduct quality reviews, and develop staff to achieve performance goals.
