Own the strategy, roadmap, backlog, and delivery of technology-enabled commercial policy management capabilities. Lead an agile squad, translate business priorities into measurable outcomes, and coordinate business, technology, data, operations, UX, and engineering stakeholders. Ensure compliant, scalable, customer-focused solutions across policy administration, underwriting, servicing, renewals, endorsements, billing support, and related lifecycle processes. Drive governance, auditability, adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement while balancing features, technical debt, regulatory mandates, and operational stability.

Supervises the Payroll Services Support team supporting underwriting operations. Oversees daily workflows, quality assurance, performance metrics, workload distribution, training, coaching, and process improvement. Partners with underwriting stakeholders to maintain service, production, customer-service, and quality objectives while improving operational efficiency and ensuring underwriting integrity.

Leads regional underwriting strategy, profitability, portfolio management, quality assurance, and growth across the Southwest. Provides national underwriting leadership for Commercial Auto and Umbrella/Excess, developing guidelines, pricing methodologies, coverage recommendations, and responses to industry trends. Partners with product, actuarial, claims, legal, finance, and technology teams while mentoring underwriters and maintaining broker relationships. The role requires extensive regional travel, multi-state insurance licensing, and deep commercial lines underwriting expertise.
